Organizational information
Each participant will be provided with a table and 5 chairs within a space of approximately 10-12 sq.m.
Also presentations of the main programmes will be held during the fair at every location.

Promotion campaign
Promotion campaign will be launched through electronic and printed media. Special invitations by Direct mail programme will be sent to public Sector and educational institutions. The campaign will include press and TV advertisements, press releases, special newspaper supplements (inserts), printing leaflets and posters .
Every participant have to mail 30 brochures for each fair site (max 80 pieces) and other promotional materials to be used at appointed sessions. Any leaflets, posters and other items are welcomed as well.
