Please do not mention Globus Education, make your boxes no more than 7 kg each and one mail must not exceed 31kg in total. And please write “No Commercial Value” on boxes. This is all to avoid custom taxes that can be up to 300 USD for us. You may send by ordinary mail, we will receive it within 7-14 days.

We expect about 500 -800 attendees each in Almaty and Astana . We would advice to use more leaflets rather than brochures. Posters, banners, etc are welcome as well.
Each participant will be provided a table with a badge and a number tag and 5 chairs within a space allocation of approximately 10-12 sq.m.

Interpreters
You will be provided with an interpreter (free of charge) at every fair site.

Meals at fair places
Launch during the fairs will be provided free of charge.
