Promotion campaign
Promotion campaign will be launched through electronic and printed media. Special invitations by Direct mail programme will be sent to all major national and multinational-companies, public Sector and educational institutions. The campaign will include press and TV advertisements, press releases, special newspaper and magazine supplements (inserts), printing leaflets and calendars.

Post Fair presentations across Kazakhstan
After the fair we will do presentations structured by programmes (language courses, university preparation courses, Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes) in 5 different cities of Kazakhstan: Pavlodar, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Aktobe, Shymkent, Uralsk.

In the last year there were around 150 visitors in each city, this time we expect around the same number.

The fair's catalogue and other promotional materials
The fair's color printed catalogue in Russian language will be published in 5000 pieces. The catalogues will be distributed between the fair visitors and until May between Globus Education agency clients and our subagents.
Every participant is expected to present one-page information (in any language) in this catalogue such as: name of the Institution, contact person and title, address, tel., fax, e-mail, website and a text (350-400 words).
Every participant have to mail 20 brochures for each fair site (max 100 pieces) and other promotional materials to be used at appointed sessions. Any leaflets, posters and other items are welcomed as well.
